Knock Out: 7/10
It's decent, nothing extraordinary but nothing bad about it.

Name Call (signature move of a Dullahan Pokémon)
Power: ---
Accuracy: ---
PP: 5
Target: Any opponent

Upon using this move, you get the option to choose any of the moves your opponent used and disable it for 4 to 7 turns. Your opponent doesn't know which move was disabled and if it uses the move in question, it automatically faints. This move always go last, its priority is even lower than Magic/Trick/Wonder Room. Using this move again while it's still in effect will fail. If the targeted Pokémon switches out, the effect of the move ends. For example:

Dullahan (Fairy/Ghost) VS Lucario
Dullahan's moves: Protect, Spite, Disable, Name Call
Lucario's moves: Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, Earthquake, Protect

Dullahan uses Protect.
Lucario uses Dark Pulse, but Dullahan protected itself.

Dullahan uses Disable, Lucario's Dark Pulse is disabled.
Lucario uses Dark Pulse, but it was disabled.

Dullahan uses Protect.
Lucario uses Earthquake, but Dullahan protected itself.

Lucario uses Earthquake, it hits.
Dullahan uses Name Call, it gets to choose between Dark Pulse and Earthquake, it chooses the former.

Thinking that Earthquake was selected, Lucario uses Protect.
Dullahan uses Spite, but Lucario protected itself.

Dullahan uses Spite, Lucario's Protect loses 4 PP.
Lucario uses Aura Sphere, but it has no effect.

Lucario's Dark Pulse is no longer disabled.

Dullahan uses Spite, Lucario's Aura Sphere loses 4 PP.
Lucarios uses Dark Pulse, but the move was called.

Lucario faints.

Very intriguing move, but unless used against a very powerful move such as hyper beam or giga impact, it will not be used due to minimal healing power

Fairy Frenzy

200 base power
100% accuracy
5 pp

Although, Ground types are immune

A fearsome attack is unleashed when all team members are alive and fairy type, they attack the opposing team from all angles causing them to flinch (always strikes first)

the fairy type that uses the attack becomes confused after the use of the move

6/10, seems a little ovepowered, maybe the user takes recoil as well as confusion?

I have two in mind actually.

Fey Wind
Power: 60

A soft, whistling wind blows through the area. This attack has a chance(10%) to sharply lower the foe's stats.

Faerie Gift
Power: N/A
PP: 5

The user cures the target of all status problems, but lower the targets stats by one stage.

7/10
Interesting concept, but outside of Technician I doubt it would get much use.

8/10
It would be interesting to see how many switching shenanigans this would cause. It would also completely mess up any "Guts" user.

Song of Life
Power ???
PP: 10
Accuracy 100
The user draws upon the restorative powers of nearby life, healing all party members of any status ailments and damaging the opponent based on the number cured. 1: 20, 2: 40, 3: 60, 4: 80, 5: 100, 6: 120.

@ xerneas66

"6/10, seems a little ovepowered, maybe the user takes recoil as well as confusion?"

yeah maybe, it's just that it had hard conditions for use, having a whole alive fairy team, soon as 1 isnt fairy or 1 dies, it cant be used,so the power is a reward for meeting the conditions.

So overpowering for a reason (ş_ş)
Maybe change the name to Pixie Power too ;)

Bump.

Song of Life: 9/10. Sounds interesting, though if your opponent has 6 fairies may God have mercy on your soul.

Faerie Ring
Power: --

Acc: 90
The target wanders into an enchanted ring. The target cannot escape from battle and incurs one of the following status conditions:
33.3% Confusion
33.3% Sleep
33.3% Paralysis
