If used during the day, it turns the day into night, increasing the power of fairy and dark moves by 25% for 5 turns, and reducing the power of grass moves by 25% for 5 turns.

If used during the night, causes a beam of fairy energy to be cast down from the moon, striking the target pokemon for 120 special damage (fairy type), and turns the night into day again.

I rate this move 8/10. Creative weather effect although the night mechanic can hurt grass types if implemented elsewhere.

-Moonlight will heal for more HP.

-Pokemon with Lunar Power (yeah, opposite of Solar Power) will have their Special Attack raised by 50% and lose 1/8 HP each turn.
