What I'm more annoyed about is the fact that there is not wing use at all. Why not rename it to oblivion and take out the unnecessary wing part.

Because its the signature move of a large-winged pokemon? That likely involves its wings?

They showed a move in the trailer that looked like a dark laser, and I don't think it was the same as the hyper beam one from e3.

Couldn't that simply have been another attack?

Of course, the name could just be symbolic.

Could have been, but it was like right after Xerneas making a bunch of circles on the ground, so it seemed like their signatures.

I figured as much, that's why I thought Yveltal's move had to be Oblivion Wing.

After watching the trailer again, the fact that the circles were colored like Xerneas' horns kind of sealed the deal that those were the signatures :)

Oblivion sounds nicer than Death anyway.

The word, not the concept.

Who else finds it funny we can't use the word death in a game meant for children....but yet ALOT of kids movies can show death...I mean for christ's sake Disney was terrible with that...

Death is a no-no word for children's stuff.

japanese children can be exposed to death and sex in their culture, why cant our kids?!

Because we have an entirely different culture.

Yes, but the fact still remains that these themes clearly don't corrupt the youth as overbearing parents here might think. Children from other cultures growing up exposed to these themes don't grow up morally repressed and sheltering children as much as we do is just unnecessary.

Unfortunately, most people are morons and instead of parenting, they blame video games for their childrens' problems. It is just a part of our society, so video game makers have no choice but to censor things like the ferris wheel or the word "death." It sucks, I know.

I don't see the problem. There were at least a few references to death in Gen V. One man in particular, when you're on the way to Victory Road in B2/W2. He's in a house alone with a Haxorus, and says something along the lines of "This is my last Pokemon. I don't want to kick the bucket and leave it here alone." That's not the only reference to death in the games, either. To be honest, I thought the Black and White games were downright dark at times (at least when it comes to some of the NPCs), compared to the rest of the series.

So, once again, what's wrong with including the word "death," when they certainly have no problem TALKING about death?

(With that said, Oblivion Wing is definitely a better name than Death Wing, I just don't see the problem with the word "death")
