Dragon types take ages to evolve, should it be the same for Fairy types?

What do you guys think about Fairy type Pokemons that need to be around level 60s to 70s to evolve? Many Dragon types are like that, should it be that way for Fairy types as well? Make them more equal and not 'so-special' kind of Pokemons?

I'd say so, but all the revealed Fairy Types seem like the sort to evolve early or not at all.

The ones we know about so far look pretty weak and should evolve fairly early, but it would be good to have some that are cooler and stronger that evolve later.

Well, let's look at known Fairy-types:

Xerneas is a Legendary; it doesn't evolve.
Sylveon is an Eeveelution; it doesn't evolve by level.
Jigglypuff/Marill/Gardevoir we know everything about
The other three are small, cute Pokemon that generally evolve early.

It would make sense. But we dont even know their weaknesses yet (or am I wrong?) to know if theyre that dominant a type. And the Gardevoir line evolves pretty quick so they had to have considered that
