A Dark Type move based off a Groin Attack, which causes flinching (males have a higher chance of flinching from it). We've got so many dirty tactics for Dark moves, yet no groin shot?
But, not all Pokemon have groins.

A two-turn Fire type move that draws in heat from the surrounding area on the first turn, having a chance of freezing the opponent. On the second turn, it releases a strong blast that hits all Pokemon currently in the battle.
Seemed like a cool idea to me, but freeze is probably the most neglected status condition, and two-turn moves usually aren't that great (except maybe Solarbeam in sunlight) --- Ovipositors. Get some of those. Official Frank Zappa of Every Board
