If they stopped making pokemon...I'd probably keep a version for more than a year for once. xD I'd also be waiting to see what happens to them...prolly dissolution of their company since pulseman was so underwhelming they had to make rotom to keep him alive.
Nintendo probably discovers that the cow stopped producing fresh milk, and presumably either loses GF to Microsoft (though the Pokemon IP remains with Nintendo) or Nintendo kicks Game Freak upstairs to become some weird dev...like that one that helped co-produce Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door...retro studios? (i know they became popular due to Metroid)
