Straightforward enough, who's the best trainer, thoughout the entire series, that exclusively or mostly use Ice types, gameplay-wise, challenge-wise and personality-wise?
Yes, I'm Canadian. Yes, I speak french. Yes, I live in Quebec.

I'm going with Candice, because she's the only one I actually remember.
I hate everything.

Goddamit! Voted for Candice because she was the third option. Glacia's the only one in the E4.

Easily Pryce. Best gym in the series, one of the few decent fights in Johto, and a pretty cool backstory.

I hate Lorelei with a burning passion, and Brycen had the most boring ice puzzle in the history of video games.
Not changing this sig until we get a new main series Tales game released on a Nintendo console in the US

Pryce cuz of what Khanic said.

Lorelei wasnt good enough to keep her position in Gen 2. Glacia's physically superior to all of em but her party really lacks in variety, Candice sucks, Brycen sucks harder

I voted for Lorelei on accident for some reason expecting the second poll option to be Pryce...oh, boy. Anyway, Pryce is ice cold, and the anime goes into why. He's a fascinating character, one of the more interesting ones Pokemon has generated. Candice tries to take the opposite approach with a hothead, and I question if it actually worked.
Go to Gamestop, buy a Steam card, and use it to purchase Ys Origin. You won't be disappointed.
Ocean should not derail the train.
