Eh, 3/10. Would never be viable.

Whirl Claw
Flying
Physical
Power: 85
Accuracy: 95
The user strikes with an outstretched claw or talon whilst spinning, causing gusts of wind to surround the user. May cause the defending Pokemon to flinch. (30%)

Point is to get a flying move with a little bit wider distribution outside of Aerial Ace.

@SorceressTharja
8/10

We already have attacks like it, but I like it. I can see this giving more type coverage to stuff like the Musketeer Trio as well as being Honedge's signature attack, perhaps?

Ash Cloud
Fire
N/A
-- Power
-- Accuracy
The user releases a massive plume of ash into the air. For five turns, Fire-type moves have increased critical hit rates. The accuracy of all pokemon present when the move is activated or sent out while Ash Cloud is in effect is lowered by one stage. Moves that are negatively effected by Sandstorm will be similarly effected by Ash Cloud.

Rising Water
Water
N/A
-- Power
-- Accuracy
The user floods the battlefield. For five turns, the speed of all pokemon except Flying-types and pokemon with Swift Swim or Levitate is lowered by two stages. During this time, Electric-type attacks inflict damage on all pokemon effected by the move, including the user. If an enemy pokemon with the ability Storm Drain is present when Rising Water is used, the move is negated. Rising Water's effect can overlap with Tailwind, Gravity, and weather moves.

Aura Resonance
Fighting
Status
-- Power
-- Accuracy
The user focuses its aura to shake the air with its next attack. After using this move, the next physical attack the user performs also inflicts special damage on pokemon adjacent to the target in double or triple battles. The effect cannot be applied to moves that naturally hit multiple targets, such as Earthquake.

Not bad Weather effects, 7/10.

Bug Leech
Bug
Physical
Power: 60
Accuracy: 90
The user attacks with a long mouthpart to drain half the damage dealt to the foe, this attack also has a chance to Poison (30%).

Potential Users: A Mosquito Pokemon.

Corrosion
Poison
Special
Power: 80
Accuracy: 95
The user pukes a acid like substance that may burn the target (30%).

Potential Users: Muk, Garbador

Venom Fang
Poison
Physical
Power: 80
Accuracy: 95
The user bits their opponent and the venom within the fangs has a chance to numb and paralyze the target (30%).

Potential Users: Arbok, Seviper.

Sub Zero
Ice
---
Power: --
Accuracy: 60-70
The user causes a cold wind to blow past the foe, Freezing them.

Finishing Strike
Fighting
Physical
Power: 60
Accuracy: 95
The user goes in for one Final attack, is the target has less than half his Hp, the damage is doubled.

Strong Winds
Flying
---
Power: --
Accuracy: --
The user causes the BattleField to be taken by the weather Strong Winds or Windy, when this weather is in effect, Flying moves deal more damage, Fire moves lose 10% accuracy, Sky Attack does not require any Charge time and Hurricane will never miss. Other abilities would be created t reflect this.

Taylor Lautner - Giving me strength since the New Moon

^I reckon some of those moves would end up being overused, which means they're good - no doubt - but annoying nonetheless^

Lunar Sacrifice (not good with names - plus it's somewhat similar do Lunar Dance)
Power: --
Accuracy: --
Description: The user sacrifices itself in the name of one of its party members, reviving them with 50% HP.

Potential users: Cresselia, obviously. Maybe a couple of new Fairy Types.

Summoner Pascal
Quarry? More like Quacky.

9/10

The name could use some work, but that would be an awesome move to have in a PvP battle, let alone in game.

Tantrum, Frenzy, Berserk, not sure on the name...
Dark
Physical
Base Power: 20-200
Accuracy: 85
The user strikes indiscriminately at friends and foes alike. The move strikes all other pokemon besides the user. As the user's HP drops, the power of the attack rises. Basically a dark-type flail.

8/10 - i'd also add to it though that each turn can possibly add confuse just to add to the aesthetic of a berzerker.

PP Dance

Water/Special
Base Power: N/A
Accuracy: 100
Randomly adds 1 PP to another move. If its raining, 2 PP is added instead. If in a double or triple battle in the rain, all friendly pokemon have a move gain 1 PP.
