I'll start.
Sap needles:
Contact with the Pokémon may steal health (When the pokemon with Sap Needles is hit by a move that makes contact, the foe may lose 5% of its health to heal the Sap Needles pokemon.)
Pokemon like MAractus and Cacturne would have this ability.

Seeing red:
When a battling a pokemon colored red this pokemon receives an attack boost. (Like the one that's triggered when the starters health gets low)

Swag: This Pokemon does not try at all at anything, making his attacks do nearly nothing. If you manage to beat a Trainer with this Pokemon, you get no money. However, all attacks do quadruple damage if the other Trainer is a Policeman.

Basically a glorified Truant that can only be good offline.

Blow for Blow- when the Pokemon takes damage, the attacker takes 1/4 of the damage dealt. 1/2 would be too OP

Purgatory- after 2 turns of being in battle, there's a 50/50 chance of either getting a +1 to all stats (heaven), or getting a curse effect (hell). If you didn't know, purgatory is where souls go to before they are sent to heaven or hell. Might be a little too religious, though.

Meditation- defense and spdef both get a +3 boost, as long as the Pokemon is asleep.

Vampiric- all draining moves used by the Pokemon gets x2 its original power (ie giga drain turns from 80 to 160).

Final Say: If a move would KO your pokemon, it still gets it's attack off before dying.

7/10. Cool idea, but I think it would be overpowered if it allowed the user to copy stat increases every time. Maybe make it so that it copies stat increases only when the user is sent into battle.

Versatility

Negates STAB, but increases the power of all attacking moves by 25%
