Imitate

Stat increases from foe are copied.

7/10. Cool idea, but I think it would be overpowered if it allowed the user to copy stat increases every time. Maybe make it so that it copies stat increases only when the user is sent into battle.

Versatility

Negates STAB, but increases the power of all attacking moves by 25%

8.5/10, could be very very useful if a Pokemon with a good movepool and the stats to back it up received.

Trickster
Can occasionally switch items with the opponent. (around 15% chance)

7/10

Quick dodge

All attacking moves used against this pokemon have their accuracy reduced by 25%

So a 100% accuracy move would only have 75% accuracy and a 60% accurate move would be 45% for example

Moves that ignore evasion modifiers like magical leaf always hit.

Pokemon with the ability no guard always hit

Mold breaker cancels out quick dodge

Moves like lock on cancels out quick dodge

Only pokemon with bad defence stats would get this ability

7/10 A little overpowered, considering many Pokemon with low Defenses are sweepers, so maybe more like 15? Also, what counts as "bad defense"?

Halloween) All active Pokemon have their Ghost-type attacks powered up by x1.5

Bushido/Duelist) Attack goes up 2 stages when battling a Fighting-type Pokemon.

Sharpshooter) Using Lock-On guarantees the next attack is a Critical Hit.

Boil Over) After taking Fire damage, the user's next Water attack will inflict Burn status.

Playing) FE: Awakening, Guild Wars 2. Skyrim, Pokemon White 2, Harvest Moon 11
Waiting) Pokemon XY, Batman: Arkham Origins, Titanfall, PvZ Garden Warfare

1/10 majorly overpowered if you send out any remotely tanky pokemon, and you just need to send this guy out against their sweeper, and then complete stall.

Pickpocket:

33% chance to steal a physical attacker's item upon contact.

Pickpocket is already an existing ability, but it has a 100% steal rate and works when the user makes contact with a physical attack.

Halloween 9/10 pretty reasonable

Duelist 4/10, too OP, imo, especially since the ability name itself means that the user/s will likely be physically inclined.

Sharpshooter 6/10 acceptable, albeit conditional

Boil Over 9.5/10 I can imagine builds and strategies around this ability.

Edit:
Overpower
Increases damage by 50%, but PP consumption is doubled

Non-attacking skills do not consume double PP.
No effect on non-attacking skills
Effect stacks with Pressure (thus, an attack against such pokemon will consume 4 PP)

7/10. I imagine attacks would get immensely powerful with an ability like that.

Move Master
Removes all added effects from attacking moves. Both positive and negative.

8/10 kinda sounds like shield dust, if I understand it right. Has its fair set of pros and cons.

Full Power
Use charging attacks instantly when HP is full

Emergency Power
Use charging attacks instantly in a pinch (1/3 of full)

Both basically power herb in ability form
Affects attacks like sky attack, razor wind, solarbeam.
Eliminates charging turn after hyper beam moves
Does not affect focus punch

Mist Strike
User always identifies the target

Initial effect, enemy cannot raise evasiveness
Secondary, attacks ignore substitutes (which take no damage and will thus not disperse)
To be used by some ghost, ninja and aura pokemon (banette, dusknoir, ariados, accelgor, lucario NOT gengar or mismagius)
If the enemy is knocked out, the substitute remains on the field which passes on to the opponent's next pokemon.
