Why isn't there a male Kangaskhan yet?

This is sexist playing into stereotypes that males can stick around and care for their children. There's a such thing as paternal instinct. Kangaskhan is a parent Pokémon. Dad's can stick around. Heck, male seahorses actually carry the baby.

As posted, there are ways it can work.

The female seahorse lays eggs in the male's pouch, where they grow and eventually emerge. There is no "birth" in the case of the seahorse.

Why I know this, I have no idea.

yeah, and it had nothing to do with the post you quoted. It is completely right to say that the male seahorse is carrying the babies. And actually it is kind of giving birth, as the eggs are hatching inside the father and then are released through the eggpouch.

You know this because the male seahorse carrying the eggs is the prime exception of the female kind responsible for nurturing eggs/babies in nature.

maybe the male kangaskhans are grey just like the child but abandon their wife when they pregnant?

I don't know, it does seem kinda weird that a female only species can reproduce...

It's also weird that there's an ice bird pokemon depicting Santa Claus and giving out presents to everyone.
