I feel like these pokemon have been given major disadvantages and deserve somewhat broken mega versions.

Banette:
Type: Ghost/Fighting
Ability: Sheer Force
HP: 85
ATT: 145
DEF: 80
SPATT: 60
SPDEF: 80
SPD: 100
(BST: 550)
New Moves: Shadow Scythe (Ghost-type move, 100 Base Power Physical Attack that has 10% chance to flinch), Drain Punch, Mach Punch, Close Combat

Aerodactyl:
Type: Rock/Flying
Ability: Rock Head
HP: 85
ATT: 120
DEF: 75
SPATT: 65
SPDEF: 75
SPD: 130
(BST: 550)
New Moves: Head Smash, Brave Bird

Chandelure:
Type: Ghost/Fire
Ability: Chlorophyll
HP: 65
ATT: 60
DEF: 95
SPATT: 145
SPDEF: 95
SPD: 90
(BST: 550)
New Moves: Aura Sphere

Hydreigon:
Type: Dark/Dragon
Ability: Malice (Boosts Speed when hit by a Fighting-type move)
HP: 102

New Moves: Dark Wave (Dark-type move, 100 Base Power Special Attack that cancels all stat alterations), Psychic, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Nasty Plot, Agility, Close Combat

Wouldn't the Mega forms have the same movepools as the regular forms?

Yeah, I don't think their HP will be changing at all. Nor do I think they'll be able to get different moves. Also, I disagree that Chandelure or Hydreigon need Mega forms. They're fine as is. Especially Chandelure as it just needs Shadow Tag to be released.
