New Weather effect

What do think about a new weather effect that buffs Dark and Fairy Type Pokemon. "Full Moon" etc.
Psychic/Fairy Cresselia (or maybe a weaker pokemon) could be the summoner. What weather effect can you guys come up with that wouldn't be broken such as buffing psychic pokemon or dragons and would make sense in its concept?

I like the idea of Acid Rain weather.

* Boosts the power of Poison-type moves by 50%, and Special Defense of Poison-types by 50%.
* Steel-types lose their Poison immunity for the duration of the weather.
* Boosts power of Water-type moves by 25%, but prevents abilities like Swift Swim, Rain Dish, etc. from taking effect.
* Damages anyone who is not Poison or Steel-typed by 1/16th of their max HP at the end of the turn. Rock and Water-type Pokémon lose 1/8th. Overcoat and Magic Guard users are not affected.
* Weather Ball becomes a Poison-type move.
* Moonlight, Morning Sun, and Synthesis restore 1/6th of user's max HP.

I don't know what else to make it special. :S

Acid Rain is a nice weather idea, definitely. Would give poisons a new use.

I'd say choosing about 3 of those effects would be sensible. Having that many effects from 1 form of Weather is a bit ridiculous.

i like the idea of a magnetic field to mess with steel types but can't really think of how that could work in practice without being dumb
