Some ideas I had to buff lower tier pokes without giving them OP evolutions

10/10 worth the read.

I really like some of those ideas. Some of them seem a bit OP but regarding the pokes getting them it's fine.

Glaceon would go straight to OU if that happened. Just give her a choice specs and blizzard, and you have a sweeper from the get-go.

Also, other pokes that could become OP from the hail...

Cloyster- 180->270 def, giving him practically a free Shell Smash
Regice- 100->150 def, making it only weak to passive damage or SE moves
Mamoswine- 80->120 def, making him a physical powerhouse
Arceus-Ice- 120-180 def, would be a huge threat to all dragon types (if fairy wasn't enough already)
Kyurem-W- 90->135 def, making almost all of its stats sky high

Not that I'm complaining.

I'd really like to see what would happen to Glaceon with this change. Its main problem is terrible movepool. It would be IMMENSELY powerful, but it would be basically just throwing out Superpowered Blizzards and what...shadow balls? It would have to rely on HP Fire/Fighting to do anything to steels. Definitely has the stats to be an OU contender though.

I would like to see that too. Glaceon does have one more move up her sleeve which is water pulse. It's not the best coverage, but it's better than nothing.

Hail needs a buff anyway in order to contend with the others.

And instread of Snow Dash, what about calling it "Snowmobile" or "Snowboarding" or even "Snowshoes?"

Great ideas, but unfortunately some already OP Pokemon may get those moves too. Le sigh

Sneak attack on hitmontop would be OP.

Priotop get's used ALOT in double battles.
this pretty much doubles his ... DPS.
