We still have heard nothing on supposed dual-type moves.

If it's true, I was expecting at least one to have been made available in the demo.

How do you think they'll play out? Some have suggested a rather simple solution, that a move will be typed as one thing ("Fire Punch" being Fire-type, obviously), but actually doing damage of another type (say, Fighting-type.)

I'm guessing it's just a gimmick (i.e. there's just a few dual type moves), so it not getting emphasis yet is understandable.

So STAB from one type but damage from another?

My own guess is it would be something like Double Kick, where it hits twice with two types.

We also have yet to hear about Espurr or Meowstick, or getting Kanto starters, or Mewtwo's other forme.

Yeah, that's a possibility, too.

I feel like moves such as Psystrike, which used Sp. Attack but calculated damage based on Defense was sort of a "test bed" for dual-type moves, also. Or things like "Scald," which cause status effects not normally associated with the attacking type.

My guess?
They dont exist; part of the pokebeach leaks were apparently not true, false claims mixed in with the rest to divert heat away from the leaker.

Dual types i dont think exist at all. Would be cool if they do.

Considering that Mewtwo's new form was just a Mega evolution, I'm doubting the existence of another form for Mewtwo. I don't think that they would give Mewtwo both a Mega evolution and an alternate form, or two Mega evolutions.

Mega Mew may have been mistaken as Mewtwo forme #2.

It could have been a megaevo for Mew,which may look as if its a form.

This could very well be true. The leak did state that the other form bore a resemblance to Mew...
