The main reason i love the fairy type is what the type is strong against represents. The fairy type (to me) represents feminine quality of Japan and the woman while Dragon, Dark, and Fighting represent the masculine qualities of America and the man. Fairy type being strong against the dragon type is the woman slaying the serpent for the woman and the serpent hate each other. it is also the rise of the woman. In the leak it say the fairy is strong against Dark which is also the woman conquering the corrupt men for it is the men who tend to be the corrupt leader and when the woman is the leader, there is peace. Fairy type also being strong against fighting is the woman rising against the power man for the power of woman is spiritual strength which triumphs over the brain of man and that fairy type move is a special attacking type which hits fighting on their weaker special defense.
Since this is an RPG, I want to play as the all powerful woman or in simpler term, the female Mc and beat the game as her. This is why i love the fairy type and it get rid of dragon, a type that my team struggles against.
What do you guys think about the fairy type?
Snorlax: This is delicious. Iris: O_O Charizard: Doe this mean i am in OU now? Pikachu: No es fake.
Yes!!! Yes!!! Yes!!!
Women warriors from throughout history are rolling in their graves. Pirates, too. I think most of the corrupt ladies in politics haven't been in the game long enough to die yet.
Seriously, though... Most Fairies will be 50/50 male-female, like every other type (including - gasp! Dark, Fighting and Dragon!)
Although thanks for indicating that men are smart and cunning, that's more than most feminists will give us once they're done attributing us with violence, rape, general unpleasantness and all that.
OT: I have no strong feelings one way or the other. I hope there's a Fairy/Fire or Fairy/Dragon Pokemon, so I can name it Allen.
We are the champions, but me most of all!

Yes all the fairy's are so cute and I'm hoping Clefairy will be fairy if not I'm gonna freak out
Also the advantage to dragon is pretty cool, and I really like Xerneas's design, it reminds me of Dialga
Apparently I'm 66.7% evil and 56.4% Chaotic and I am compelled by greed, hatred, jealousy, and a lust for destruction.
Wow, the truth hurts :P
Despite Dragon being my favorite type, yes.

I wish people would look at it more than "because it's super effective against Dragon types". It's not like your Water type didn't have Ice Beam/Ice Punch anyways or you have your own Dragon type.

I like them because they are helping poison and steel types offensively.

DBZ Battle of the Gods should be dubbed spread da word
Yes. It has ALLOT of benefits and is one of the most logical and necessary takes on this series. If its really immune to Dragon, than suck on that you Outrage spammers.
Freiza may be cool, but his brother is..... COOLER(get it?)
Yes, because it introduces a new way to type pokemon so that they aren't given generic types like Normal (looking at you Togepi line), and they're a way to combat Dragons. The type effectiveness chart seems good for balance, and I hope that they eventually get into Fairy types that are mythology based.
Took the words out of my mouth. Also, some of my favorite pokemon (Crobat, Gengar, Toxicroak, etc) get a nice boost from it too.

Currently Awaiting...SSBU, SSB3DS, Pokemon X, Pokemon Y and Watch Dogs.
Yes, Dragons need to be taken down a few notches. Hopefully having a few fairies based after mythology would be nice too.
Preety much this.
