Seraphire is a cool name.

And yes it would have to learn Quiver Dance.

I really want this to be real now.

*Cries a ridiculous amount of tears* I'm never not going to see this in the metagame.

Maybe not in OU, but you will see it in Ubers.

I've been thinking, why not give it a signature move like Metagross or Volcarona? Either a strong, Special Fairy Type move that has 90 Accuracy but has a 35% chance of lowering the target's Defense and Sp. Defense (separate chances of course), or a very powerful Special Fire Type move that has 100 Accuracy but lowers your Sp. Defense and Defense. Give it Calm Mind instead of Quiver Dance so it is not stuck in Ubers.

What's Metagross's signature move?

Also the moves you mentioned have a bit too high of a percentage for a stat drop. The only Pokemon with such a high percentage for a stat drop is Shaymin and her sky form with Seed Flare, not including anyone who can learn Rock Smash.

Crush Claw and Razor Shell have 50% chance to lower defense. I should know as those are two of my favourite moves.

The interesting thing is that, ignoring Dragonite, all of the pseudo-legendaries are "evil".
So i do hope we get a fairiy in that position to get at least one dark evil fairiy in the game.

Something inspired by a witch, imp or sorceress.

How is Metagross evil? He doesn't have emotions. He's a robot.

I think the word he's looking for is "aggressive"

Did you ever watch the Pokemon tv show? There were a few episodes where Dragonite was very aggressive.
