Not really, since my crap pokemon still manage to flatten theirs like a semi tire does a pop can.

The only thing that annoys me is that they arent also ev trained with useful natures so that they can actually be a challenge. If gamefreak is gonna give them perfect stats, might as well go all the way.

All that proves is that Red (our player character) soft-resetting/RNG abusing is canon.

I read that Red's Pikachu has 30 IVs all across and a Hardy nature. I assume all his pokemon are like that.
