Magic Bounce will be useful to avoid hazards.
Tyranitar @ Choice Band Trait: Sand Stream EVs: 100 Spd / 252 Atk / 156 HP Adamant Nature - Stone Edge - Crunch - Pursuit - Superpower
Provides weather. Forms a good core with Scizor if also paired with Lati@s.
Reuniclus@Life Orb Magic Guard Quiet 192 hp, 64 def, 252 spatk 0 spd IVs Trick Room Recover Psychic Focus Blast Reasoning: This set can take a few hits, and set up TR for either an independent sweep or to support other members.
**Note: Should Reuniclus be chosen, alterations to other Pokemon's IVs and natures may need to occur to complement Trick Room**
Scrafty is the premier choice for a bulky offense team. Any ability will work, Shed Skin was because you mentioned your problem with Will-O-Wisp. The main role he'll play will be a Trick Room punisher. You can change up the EV's, I'm not too sure about them.

I mean I like the TTar set, with Scizor it does eliminate alot of Garchomp's checks and it can somewhat lure some of it's soft "counters" (like Skarm/Bronzong) and 2HKO them on the switch, plus weather is always a nice to to have since it can eliminate pesky rain/sun teams.
And the Reuniclus set is pretty good, don't know how it's going to work with this current team but it's still an excellent set. Very anti-meta imo...
