3ds for this game or a laptop?

I need help on deciding. If I get this game and a 3DS for Christmas, what do I miss out on?

Not Pokemon, that's for sure.

I'm not easily impressed; I'm usually oblivious to whatever's in front of me.

Saving up for Pokemon is a lot easier than saving up for a laptop... unless you are getting a cheap laptop anyway. In which case, go for the Pokemon.

As much as I'm excited for this game, I say go for the laptop.

Also, you get to choose what you want for Christmas?

Especially if it's a MacBook. If it's a cheap laptop, then it's up in the air.

I love my 3DS, but having recently bought a laptop after a 1 1/2 year period of not owning one... I'd choose the laptop if I were you. There's so much more you can do on a laptop.

Save for a decent laptop.
