How important is a Pokemon's happiness to you?

#1SalsaSavantPosted 9/7/2013 11:09:45 AM
And I mean outside of things it effects, like Return.

If happiness was just purely there for flavor, would you care?
On 12/02/12 I said I wouldn't change this until something impossible happened. Now, Earthbound just got re-released in the US.

Kinda, I guess...
I'm not easily impressed; I'm usually oblivious to whatever's in front of me.

I just hope that Pokemon Amie finally lets us beat our Pokemon when they lose for us

I kind of don't care, and since I do a lot of trading, I typically don't teach my Pokémon Return since happiness resets.

I really wish happiness would affect something, such as obedience or how effective your Pokémon was in battle. Heck, they could make unhappy Pokémon leave the team like in the anime…

If Iv's didn't exist, i would probably give more importance to it...

A little...maybe?

If it doesn't effect anything I'm not too worried about it.

If I knew my Pokemon harvested a hatred towards me, I don't think I'd like that too much.

Somewhat, I guess, since I have a tendency to reset the game every time one of my Pokémon faints :D

I care enough to not let them faint if it can be helped. I mean I'm not a kid anymore so it's not like a super huge deal, but it is probably a good idea to stay on the good side of the only things stopping you from getting a couple of new orifices added to your hindquarters.
