On IVs

Seems we finally have an answer to how they'll be 'fixed'.

IVs will be reset to 0 in all categories and will only be raised by interacting with the pokemon via Pokemon-Amie. We feel that in doing so, it allows a greater bond between the trainer and pokemon to have an actual, tangible effect on the gameplay.

This would be terrible in part for how slow it would be.

They need a solution that does not take hours of grind or hundreds of hours of luck.
