I assume they didn't take it out for Gen V, but I never played them. Gen IV was basically unplayable competitively due to it. Have they finally decided to remove or nerf the most stupidly overpowered move in the series?

It won't be removed, but it may be nerfed. We don't know yet.

It's called Stealth Rock. No, it wasn't nerfed in Gen 5. We have no idea if it will be nerfed in Gen 6, but I doubt it.

Here's hoping. Nothing should do that much damage on entry no matter what type the pokemon is.
