I don't usually go all mono, but my teams has a strong Grass theme to it, with those being my favorite types.

Ice types. Although I've only done one mono ice type run.

Challenging. Especially if you have Delibird on your team.
Needs more Ice type, and Dragons are the devil.

I've done theme d teams before but not monotype per say however some of these specialized teams have had about 3-4 Pokemon sharing a type and i think one in my Platinum might have had 5 part flying...

In general my in game teams will usually have multiple flying types as many of my favorite Pokemon are part flying.

I always choose water-type pokémons for training, but now I already have all they at level 100 (not counting not fully evolved pokémon), but now I already have some other types.

Well I don't specifically choose to specialize in a single type. I have, however, done three monotype runs- Bug, Steel, and Flying. Bug was in Sapphire, the other two were in Platinum. I've been considering doing a water run of Soul Silver sometime, but I'm currently in the middle of a different run (nothing special though). Or perhaps Ice, that'd be fun. We'll see though, eh?

I tend to lean to the Rare-r types of Pokemon, namely Ice, Dragon, Ghost, and Steel. I also enjoy Dark and Fire too.

I am planning on doing mono-runs soon, but none as of yet...

...although in my recent White 2 run my whole team (Except for my ducklett HM slave) was weak to ground. THANKS CLAY.

Dark. Darkety, Dark, Dark, Dark.

But the team is always five double types and Umbreon. That way they won't be totally destroyed by a single Pokemon that easily. :p
...and he was never heard from again.
