New ice-type move that is SE against water!

#1LenneValkiryePosted 9/19/2013 5:12:13 AM
Amaura's evolution was leaked from a French site, where it states that it learns Lyophilisation, an ice-type move that deals SE damage against water-types!
Thoughts?

This means good things.

I wonder, is it that this particular move does SE damage, or have they reworked the type chart since last we saw it?

Officially the best day ever.

Perhaps this is one of the rumored "dual-type" moves?
Anyway if this move is exclusive to ice-types like Frost Breath this is a pretty significant boost.

I don't think they'd release an updated type chart only to change it later. Also they're probably too late in development to change such a big game mechanic

Also Ice SE against Water doesn't make sense IMO

I'd like to point out that Lyophilisation means "Freeze", so it does make sense.

But if it's a dual-type move rather than just SE against Water....

It probably freezes them, crippling them.
