Do you still believe GameFreak hits the steel types with the whammy?

It's not that serious imo. Gain a new offensive edge, lose 2 resistances which don't really have super powerful moves anyways (as in close combat or something), while STILL resisting a ton of types. Only dissapoinment is that Monorpale doesn't have that much appeal anymore, when we were judging it off last gens type chart.

I know someone will ask; Monorpale is Honedge.

Meh, I don't consider it a bigger nerf than a buff. It was a good balance. Plus it makes sense.

Yep. Any Stee/Psychic or future Steel/Ghost are pretty much done for. Meh :/

It's switching out two resistances with a new resistance and SE. Not much of a nerf, especially considering Fairy-types will likely be very commonly used. I don't have a problem with it.

I'm pretty sure Metagross and Bronzong would be able to take one or two Ghost attacks. Can't say for Honedge obviously, but I imagine it would get the first strike in most cases.
