https://www.pokecheck.org/ the risk: GTS metadata if information about the trainer sent along with Pokémon on trade on the GTS. It contains the OT name, IDs, location, language, version, trainer class, number of international trades and game progression and it is used to display the trade partner in Unity Tower and for GTS rendezvous. GTS metadata becomes available when the original trainer of the Pokémon connected to the Pokécheck GTS at least once. As such, it might be unavailable on Pokémon you got in trades or imported. If the original trainer also registered his save file, Pokécheck will also display whether the Pokémon is owned by the OT of a given Pokémon.
Tldr: you only have to worry if you go to an irl torney where they check your save file. but for that just trade your pokemon over to another game.
You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become a villain. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tT2wyCXJ72s
