No, it was just a friend. It hung with him for like 2 episodes and then left. --- On 12/02/12 I said I wouldn't change this until something impossible happened. Now, Earthbound just got re-released in the US.

You'd think they'd try to balance what types Ash has more.
pokemon show logic makes it seem like most psychic types would own ash... with only a handful of less used psychic pokemon that would not over power a normal trainer with no psychic ability's....
ghost pokemon... ash also gets owned by them... and actually ash did catch the hunter...it just rejected its pokemon ball after... if i remember right... as ash got it sent it out then hunter tagged along... doing as it pleased...
idea of as is more the quality to overcome issues of type disadvantage --- owns all game systems... equal feelings about all of them... its the games i tend to take favor to o.O
