Not 100% on the picture, especially since the first time I saw it, it was amongst a bunch of information that included some patent absurdities, like you being unable to battle the champion unless you evolved an Eevee (so what if you traded it?)

Why are they giving mega evolutions to pokemon that are already overpowered?
From my understanding, mega evolutions are not plain old general all around stat buffs like a normal evolution does. Megas rearrange stat totals, give new abilities, and sometimes even change the type of the pokemon to give it a different flavor in battle, which can throw off an opponent's strategy and expectations.
Anyways, I hope Dragonite's mega evolution is a bit sleeker so it resembles what Dragonair should have evolved into...
