The move relearner can reteach any move your pokemon learns on level up, right?

Seems obvious but I've never played a pokemon game with the move relearner in it. I just want to make sure he doesn't just give you a small selection from your natural move pool or something.

I want to put false swipe on my Doublade to make it easier to catch stuff but I'd have to get rid of sword dance. I can go to the move relearner and have him teach me sword dance again, right?

As long as the monster has been given the option to learn the move it can be relearned (wether he actually learned it or not), but if he missed out on a move due to, erm, "premature evolution" then the relearner can not relearn it to him.

For instance, a Scatterbug learns Bug Bite at level 15 but his evolutions don't, so if you evolve him into a Spewpa before he reaches level 15 he will not have been given the option of learning Bug Bite and can never relearn it.

Some even have moves available only through the relearner, as in they don't learn through level up at all.
