Poke Radar, as that can get to 1/200 at a chain of 40.

Masuda Method is 1/1,365.3 (1/1024 with the Shiny Charm, provided it is still in X and Y).

I don't think the Poke radar can find Shiny Honedges, the grass is too tall. ( breeding is taking forever too.) I just want a shiny Honedge! What should I do?

Pokeradar is more effective at getting lots of shinies more quickly, but it really drops out in the predictability, like for WHAT pokemon you find shiny and some pokemon are completely excluded from being used for it, so in the end if I had to choose perhaps, I'd go with the Masuda Method.

pokeradar and it's not even close. The only bad thing about it is that you can't found every pokemon

It's not really a "method", you just have to use it and hope you don't break the chain before you get a shiny patch.
