Outside of competitive play, well, yes, but slightly less so, seeing as how the only person's experience being hindered is yours... unless you WANT to have absolutely overpowered Pokemon to maul everything in your way with ease. :/ --- Playing: Pokemon X/Gta V 3DS FC: 1864-9726-3773
Yes it is cheating and I would seriously laugh if the pokebank reset all EVs to 0 when the pokemon got transferred to it, all the rage people will have it would be awesome to see lol --- PSN: tha_demon2009 Playing Pokemon X & Y
haha i dont want perfect pokemon...I just want my favorites...for example...I picked up pokemon black and i absolutely hate every new pokemon accept the starters and the legendarys...so I figure hey why not get some pika...lucario and torchic action in their...Im hoping they make it possible for this gen...but its all good because alot of my favorite pokemon are available from the start a la torchic charmander and many others
Generating pokemon in a game all about randomness is definitely cheating.
i wonder....were you hinting around another method use words like "randomness" and "generating"...hrmmm --- "It is the same for anyone As long as you are dreaming, the dream will never reveal itself to you."-Zinzolin
