Possible to get rid of Rain in the Overworld??

Is this a thing? Horde EV-Training is kind of a pain with how often rain shows up :/

I know. The only time I wanted to EV train, was to boost attack cause I suddenly decided to try it... Every single area for attack hordes was raining. Pissed me off to no end.

Anyone know of ANY good Atk Horde EV spots?

Axew appear in connecting cave in hordes, and it's a place with no rain too.

although you will also find Whismurs and Zubats in hordes as well.

Axew is so freaking rare that it is almost pointless.

Yeah I tried the Axew.. Waaaayyy too uncommon.
I'm going to try and scour all of the... "non-rainable" locations and see if there are any fairly common +Atk EV hordes. Will post back here and at that other Horde EV sticky!

I know, but it's the only option left I think. If all routes have rain...

Victory Road has Teddiursas, Druddiggons and Gurdurrs hordes for Attack EVs. Victory road also has Lickitung and Floatzels

All the time you've spent looking for certain Pokemon could have been spent Super Training.
