As the topic says, I know it's based on the real world time, but what hours count as day and nightime for said evolutions? And does it use one timezone or your timezone?

Basically if it's light outside on your game, it'll become an Espeon, if it's dark outside, it'll be an Umbreon. I don't know exact times, but I know it's dark on my game around 9-10 PM, it starts getting light around 4 AM

Dude, I live in Chicago, whether and day/nighttime does not follow the laws of physics here.

Espeon evolves from the early morning (sky is a clear pinkish, landscape still a little dark) to the day.
Umbreon evolves from sunset to the rest of the night.
At least I think that's how it goes...
Why, hello.

I live and work on EST, so adapt these times.

From 5am to 8:59pm is my "Day Time". Tested it with Amura's and Tyrunt's evolutions.

From 9pm to 4:59am is my "Night Time".

Now I'm not 100% sure on the 4am to 5am hour, but I'm 95% accurate. I'm normally up that late. Hope that helps.
Donnel is my # 1 bro. We fist bump, slay some risen, eat some chicken strips, bomb the Valmese and steal sugar from Gaius on a daily basis. Like a Boss. FE:A
