Theoretically, if i breed 2 pokemon with 6 Perfect IVs, all the babies will have 5 perfect IVs yes?
Then its just a matter of figuring out which one has the Ivs i don't want not perfect?

The five IV's seem to not be guaranteed however. I've tried breeding two Flawless Noibats together and have gotten some of the offspring with only four perfect IV's. Just something to note.

Are you sure they were flawless? That shouldn't be possible if you're using Destiny Knot.

Yes.

IV inheritance is basically drawing five stats (assuming Destiny Knot) from the combined twelve of the parent's. Since all twelve are perfect, the baby will always get at least five perfect stats.
