This disables my ability to collect the mega stones for a while, correct?
Russian is my first language, so yes there may be a spelling error or two.

no, i got all the megastones by manually switching the time to 8

Well that's good, because I thought to myself "why not go get some Mega stones?" and then facepalmed when I realized my 3DS was still set to 9:00 PM

It cancels the TM events for 24(?) hours though.

Unless you're using your 3DS as a clock, it really wasn't necessary to change the time because of DST. You'll just be an hour ahead of real time in-game, is all.

Well yes, but to get certain mega stones you need to search for them at certain times.

No DST in Japan, likely why it's not accommodated for.
