Mega Gardevoir Moveset?

What are some good move sets for Timid/Trace Mega Gardevoir?

Will-o-wisp, to shore up that ordinary DEF.
Wish, to heal and pass on HP.
Moon Blast, Psychic or Thunderbolt

Pick two out of Moon Blast, Psychic or Thunderbolt.

Alternatively, check if you have a good Hidden Power and put that on instead.

with this move set, why bother with mega and just go with regular gardevoir?

also is there any way to get nasty plot on it?

You could try Hyper Beam for a Pixiliate boosted STAB move, it's pretty much the only normal I can think of that would benefit from Pixiliate, otherwise stick with normal Gardevoir and use a different Mega.

I run modest mega Gardevoir @ Moon Blast, Focus Blast, t-bolt and Psychic/Shadow ball (Not sure which I like better yet).

I tried Calm Mind where Focus Blast was, never used it, then kept wanting Focus Blast.

I don't see a point in running a utility set on Mega Gardevoir. Will-o-wisp seems viable to make up for it's sucky DEF, but I'd rather just hit like a truck with some decent coverage.

Edit: Oh, Echoed Voice is an option because sound-based moves hit through substitute now and pixelate gives a 30% boost to converted normal moves and then you get STAB too. Hyper Voice would be a better option but is only in 5th gen though =\

Gardevoir is my absolute favorite pokemon so I want to make this work so bad but it always seems underwhelming. A physical steel move is instant death. =(

Moves specifically for Mega Gardevoir? Teach her Hyper Beam by TM. Mega Gardevoir's ability Pixellate turns normal moves into Fairy types, and suddenly you have a 150 special attack with STAB. Also works with Round, but she's not Chancey so it's unlikely she can soak damage for the XX turns needed for it to matter.

Downside of course is that Hyper Beam makes you rest your next turn, but uh... what else are you going to use pixellate with? >_>;;;

He's worked out fine for me.
