So this was talked about in the middle of another thread but I want to know if anyone knows how it works here.
Basically, Does Fly get Priority on the turn it's used or the turn it hits? or Both?
If it gets Priority on ONLY the turn it's used... well then Talonflame could potentially never get hit....
Talonflame used Fly
(Enemy is faster so go first) Enemy misses
Talonflame hits with Fly.
Somehow I don't think it works this way, but there aren't many pokemon faster than Talonflame to actually test this on <_<. Does anyone know for sure? --- 3DS FC: 3265-6079-5288 IGN:Mythic Do you want to live for more than just yourself? Ask (PM) me, I'll show you how.
Oh, wow. If it did you could just run 0 Speed IV Brave Talonflame @ Iron Ball. Anything with higher than 58 speed or not packing a priority attack wouldn't be able to touch it! --- R- Official Slowpoketail Vendor Official Mawile of the Pokemon Boards.
It's been tested, Fly gets priority on both turns.
There is an actual set with this implemented, which is Prankster Liepard using Dive/Fly/Dig via Assist, while holding a Lagging Tail.
Doesn't work for Talonflame since both the flying and hitting turns of Fly are considered Flying moves, they're both priority boosted by Gale Wings. --- PSN: UmaiCake || 3DS FC: 2079-6748-0153 || Pokemon XY IGN: Umai www.twitch.tv/umaicake
