Well the teams have a good amount of counters and switches to make up for type disadvantages. I'm just not one who's a Pokemon Savant when it comes to the meta game and team building.
I know that Azumaril's going to be weak to Electric / Grass / Poison. The team doesn't have access to a lightning rod or ground type, much less something to handle electric that well except for maybe the highly defensives I have in Florges for T-bolt/Thunder, or Aggron for T-Fang/Volt Tackle (LOL!). Grass is covered by Crobat, who also walls Poison with Aggron.
Machamp's probably the kind of pokemon I would run as a lead with the old throw-back Anti-Lead build. Main weaknesses coming from Psychic/Ghost/Flying. The Flying Types have to decide if they want to risk a Stone Edge, or if I should switch out to Aggron who could wreck some serious face with his Mega-Evolution on this team. As far as Psychic and Ghost there's not really a whole lot there to really stop it except for the massive Special Defense on Florges.
Aggron also has only two real weaknesses in Ground and Fighting, both of which are held off by Crobat, as well as Chandelure for the fighting. In his Mega-Evolution he changes to pure Steel changing it up a little by adding fire in to the mix, but nothing at x4 damage.
Chandelure is actually one of my favorites added from Gen V so I'm glad he's on this team. Really strong offensively, but defensively not so much. Azumaril is a basic stop on water. The rest are really hard to counter except using Crobat to stop its ground weakness.
Florges is the real trump card here, and I'm wondering if there's a good wall set for it, but only time will tell. Aggron basically serves as the counter-counter for everything against Florges' basic faults.
Crobat comes in as a Hazer with Electric / Psychic / Rock / Ice weakness. That's okay though we'll figure out a way to fine tune it. I got to the bottom of this post and kinda lost steam without having any ideas to really bounce off of.
I guess an opening set would look something like
