Can you suggest a 6th pokemon for my in-game team? I'm kind of stumped...

Maybe this team is better than the last one?

Greninja (water/dark)
Blaziken (fire/fighting)
Venusaur (grass/poison)
Gardevoir (psychic/fairy)
Aerodactyl (rock/flying)
Heliosk (electric/normal)

Hate to drop Tyrunt though... Ahh decisions..

I know what you mean, I have a hard time picking my team of six as well. I don't really like to overlap types and I want my pokemon to be diverse. So far you have:

Greninja (Water/Dark)
Talonflame (Fire/Flying)
Gardevoir (Psychic/Fairy)
Tyrunt (Dragon/Rock)
Venusaur (Grass/Poison)

A great fit for this team IMO that was also mentioned earlier is the Honedge line (Ghost/Steel), Jolteon/Helioptile is also a good pick.

If you pick up Aerodactyl and dropped Tyraunt and Talonflame you would have:

Greninja (Water/Dark)
Gardevoir (Psychic/Fairy)
Aerodactyl (Rock/Flying)
Venusaur (Grass/Poison)

A fire type would be a good fit here for the coverage, Maybe Pyroar/Ninetales/Magmar? I haven't played through the full game yet so I don't know what all fire types are available. Then you could pick one of the earlier picks, or not go with a fire type and pick both of them!

So maybe....
Greninja (Water/Dark)
Gardevoir (Psychic/Fairy)
Aerodactyl (Rock/Flying)
Venusaur (Grass/Poison)
Jolteon (Electric)
Aegislash (Ghost/Steel)

or

Greninja (Water/Dark)
Gardevoir (Psychic/Fairy)
Aerodactyl (Rock/Flying)
Venusaur (Grass/Poison)
Fire Type/Electric Type
Fire type/Aegislash (Ghost/Steel)

OR....to give a S/O to one of my favorite pokemon of all time. drop Venasaur for one of the Grass/Ghost types and pick up....... Nidoking!!!!!!!!

Hahaha thank you for the long post my friend! I've always had a quirk of raising a six-pokemon team and I don't want my types to overlap, just like you.
Though I have to say I love the new look of the game. Feels so alive, I may end up raising more than six. It would certainly make the game last more:)
I'll see what I'll come up with, thanks!!

This game is so incredibly easy this time around that my light ball pikachu killed everything...I wouldn't worry about it being frail as you'll be killing most things in 1 turn anyway...
