...Man, as far as physical attacks go, all it really has is Play Rough.

I guess it and Belly Drum is all it needs with the proper set-up (Unburden + Sitrus Berry), but it's a bit disappointing.

There's also Copycat in doubles/triples, although I don't know if both moves at the same time are viable. Then again, with that special attack stat you could probably pour a lot of EVs into SPATK and throw in flamethrower and psychic (or any other special attack) for mixed coverage.

Honestly, Slurpuff could go either can go Mix Physical and Special, but seeing it's small Physical movepool, you may want to go the route of a Special attacker.

Mixed... That may not be a bad idea.

Would an uninvested Attack stat with a Atk- Nature (in this case, Modest) still become formidable after Belly Drum?

Max attack with a negative nature and no EVs is only 148 before Belly Drum, and I don't know the calculations to say if it'll hit hard enough after the drum. But considering you can trump just about any physical wall that pops out with either a super effective special move or a very tough STAB physical, it might be enough.

I'd say do some calculations or try raising one and testing it out. It'll probably do some major damage just from the surprise factor.

Well, if I recall correctly, a maximum 6+ boost in stats adds a multiplier of 4 to the stat. So 148 x 4 = 592. That's quite formidable considering what it has to work with.

Yea, but Adamant with 252 attack evs is over 1000.

Return would do more than Play Rough against Poisons and Fires at that point.

Not sure what you can do about Steels though. Maybe Thief? XD

Eh. My problem with Return is that, once I sent the Pokemon to another game, the Happiness resets and I have to get it back up all over again.

That's why my Stoutland on my Black 2 file has Strength. >_>

I wish Body Slam was still a TM. Even though it's weaker than a max-power Return, the added chance of Paralysis makes it awesome. Double-Edge would be great as well, though the recoil is a killer.
