Video proof: Why is it upside-down? Why were there video cuts conveniently around the part where he checked the Larvitar's IVs for both the parent AND the child? And you're telling me you don't find it suspicious at all that he would specifically hatch just ONE egg - as though he knew it would hatch with less than 5 IVs? 'Proof'. lol 3DS FC: 2423-3095-6556 |

I have had it happen several times with 2 5iv patents that they would only come out with 2 or 3 ivs XBL Gametag: Shadowblaze00 3DS FC: 3840-6342-0354 |

HP from: Irrelevant, both are perfect Attack from: Father Defense from: Irrelevant Sp.Att from: Mother Sp.Def from: Irrelevant Child has 31/x/31/x/31/x IVs You can't get a child with only 2 max IVs if both parents have at least 5 max IVs, but 3 is possible, yes. 3DS FC: 2423-3095-6556 |

if both parents have the same 5 perfect IV's its still possible to do 4 perfect IV's 5 will be transferred (one of them is the non perfect IV) that leaves 4 and then the final non copied is random (in this case not perfect) that leaves 2 unperfect IV's and 4 perfect. assuming they are the exact same perfect 5 iv's you should be unable to get less than 4 perfect IV's. however if you have 5 perfect IV's on both parents that are not identical, then you could copy both unperfect IV's and 1 random to get 3 unperfect IV's 2 perfect 6 IV's should be breed a no less than 5 IV poke because it will always pull 5 perfect IV's and a random If you believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and you're not ashamed, put this in your signature. |

My understanding: Father HP - A Atk - B Sp Atk - C Def - D Sp Def - E Speed - F Mother HP - G Atk - H Sp Atk - I Def - J Sp Def - K Speed - L Child (if one parent holds Destiny Knot) HP - A/G/X Atk - B/H/X Sp Atk - C/I/X Def - D/J/X Sp Def - E/K/X Speed - F/L/X Where X = a random integer from 0 to 31 X will only be the value ONCE, the other stats have to come from the other options http://s1227.photobucket.com/albums/ee424/ehsteve12/ My Legend of Zelda Collection - Last update Oct. 7/13 |

im pretty sure its 6 iv - 5 min 5 iv - 3 min Because logically, it is! Real Metal bounces their breast. Deal with it |

DemiseEnd posted... im pretty sure its if the 5 iv's are not identical on the parents yeah if youre going for 6 ideally you want parents with 5 identical IV's as it lowers the chances of getting imperfect IV's just a bit If you believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and you're not ashamed, put this in your signature. |

MogKnightAzure posted... Destiny Knot doesn't overlap IVs. Full Stop. You were just lucky with your knot, then. I've used 2 5iv parents and consistently gotten 3 and 4 ivs; it's entirely possible for the knot to choose the same iv from both parents.- all 12 ivs have a chance of being chosen. Need Friend Safaris in Pokemon X: 3DS FC 0361 - 6539 - 0537. PM me if you add. Type: Ghost. Pokemon: Phantump, Golurk, Shuppet. |
