..should I stick with it or go for an adamant Hawlucha (which may never come considering my luck).

A Pokemon with synchronize raises the chances of the Pokemon encountered to have the same nature as the synchronize Pokemons nature has to be in the first slot

you go and catch or breed a bunch of pokemon with the ability synchronize, like munna or ralts.

Have one of every important nature.

You can use them to more easily catch pokemon with that nature by putting the synchronize pokemon to the front of the party (it can be dead, it still works)

by doing that, you will have a 50% chance to run into the pokemon with the synchronizers nature.

once you went through the trouble of getting enough synchro pokemon, catching new pokemon will be much easier

What? No. Jolly is FAR superior.

If you go with a Neutral Speed nature, anything with 105 base speed beats you.

Some notable names from the list include: Mega Pinsir, the Sacred Swordsmen, Durant, Espeon, Lati@s, Thunderus and Tornadus, Mega Lucario, Mega Absol, Ambipom, and Azelf.

ALL of the pokemon I just listed will be slower than you if you choose Jolly over Adamant.

Yeah, because he's obviously going to be using a wild caught pokemon competitively, right? And against pokemon that aren't available until pokebank. Right.

But let's say hypothetically that he plans to use it in-game only. Adamant would be much more useful then as +speed doesn't matter against the untrained weak AI. Might as well have extra power then and OHKO things.
