So that it does more damage or less damage depending on how big or small the user is in comparison to the opponent. Makes sense, since they already have several moves that work on weight, but none that work on height, and it could still do double damage to Minimize users as well.

...Make sure to keep the Joltik and Flabebe away, though.

I remember thinking that Intimidate should fail if the opponent is an arbitrary size larger than the user, but I was talked out of it (through logic, not "that's a dumbass idea!!!!!!!1111)

i dont plan on doing that here tho lol

This should apply to Body Slam, too. Snorlax's Body Slams should be inherently more powerful than a Jigglypuff's, even before taking stats and STAB into account.

True, but Body Slam should take both height and weight into account. But that may be overpowered and too complicated.
