It happens more like a 10% of the time. Out of the 5 eggs I get it's usually only one who gets it.

I am using two Natus both with Magic Bounce.

ugh, please explain why I can't seem to make it transfer all the IV's with the right abiltuy

The HA has a transfer chance of like 60% if the female has it and like 40% if the male does.
Those DON'T ADD UP. They are INDIVIDUAL chances to pass.

*NOTE* I am not entirely sure on the numbers so feel free to correct me.

Females have 60% chance to pass down their HA. As far as I know, males cannot pass down their HA unless they breed with a Ditto.
