Looking through my closet, I found an old box, with all my Gameboy Color and GBA stuff, and I found my old Red and Yellow cartridges. I started to play them, and god, the battery hasn't dried. So, before the battery dies in a matter of months (because I saw somewhere that the lifetime of those cartridges are 15 years), is there a way to get those to my X/Y? I mean, I know I can connect it to Pokemon Stadium, but is there a way to get them to a GBA game where I can transfer them to a DS game, and after that, with Pokebank to X/Y?

Pokemon were non-transferrable from Gen 2 (GBC) to Gen 3 (GBA).
But thats why the remakes exist, Fire Red and Leaf Green are GBA remakes of Kanto, Heart Gold and Soul Silver are DS remakes of Johto. Everything from as early as Ruby and Sapphire can make the trip up to pokemon X/Y. Thats really impressive if you think about it.
The earliest games you can possibly transfer Pokemon from are Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed, LeafGreen, Colosseum and XD Gale of Darkness (all generation III games). GameBoy(Color) and GameBoy Advance were completely incapable of trading with one another, so everyone who played Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver and Crystal had to leave their Pokemon in the past.
This was why FireRed/LeafGreen and HeartGold/SoulSilver was created: to make sure no Gen 1 and Gen 2 Pokemon would be left behind, classic example being the Legendary Dogs, who are only seen in Gen 2 games.
Though, this doesn't exactly solve the Event Pokemon fiasco, like Mew, Celebi, Jirachi and Deoxys =P
