I had a concept for a Steel/Ground special wall with an ability called Inductance that triples Speed when the opponent is using an Electric-type, but I didn't finish it. It was supposed to be designed to counter Jolteon.
Oh, how about this? A Rock/Steel-type with the Ability Speed Bump. This ability makes it immune to moves with increased priority or reduces increased priority moves by one. It would make a great counter to the most common priority users in the game (Gale Wings Talonflame, Bullet Punch Scizor, Aqua Jet Azumarill, Mach Punch Breloom) because it would have higher base speed than Breloom, meaning it could smack most of them before they can attack due to immunity to priority.
I just imagined a Ghost/Psychic with Justified. D:
Actually, a physically-defensive Ghost/Psychic could work acceptably against Blaziken, since that's apparently the flavour of the hour. Ghost lets it switch into High Jump Kick for free, physically-defensive stats help it wall neutral attacks, and Psychic gives a STAB response. Night Slash variants would be...painful, though. 4x weaknesses to Dark and Ghost hurt quite a bit, especially with the improvements to Ghost type.
