A normal type that starts with Scrappy, and can mega evolve to get the ability to hit twice (the second time for 2/3s damage) and activate on hit effects twice as much. It will learn Power-Up Punch, sucker punch for Ghost types that would otherwise wall it, and a whole slew of moves that can flinch, paralyze, and more.
It's designed to counter everything.

Oh, how about this? A Rock/Steel-type with the Ability Speed Bump. This ability makes it immune to moves with increased priority or reduces increased priority moves by one. It would make a great counter to the most common priority users in the game (Gale Wings Talonflame, Bullet Punch Scizor, Aqua Jet Azumarill, Mach Punch Breloom) because it would have higher base speed than Breloom, meaning it could smack most of them before they can attack due to immunity to priority.
By 2, and then it would work. Basically make "priority" moves have negative priority.
Anything with the ability Huge Power that can learn Skill Swap. In Double Battles, it counters just about everything. Use it on, say, your Haxorus, and then just kill everything.
If Huge Power is Skill Swapped the effect is reversed, so it's Attack will be halved.
You misunderstood something at some point in time. If Huge Power is Skill Swapped away, then the Pokemon who no longer has Huge Power will have half the Attack it did before but that Slaking you Skill Swapped it to will have twice the Attack it used to.

Special attack focused with access to dragon and fire type moves in addition to Stab. It's key move will be Manaphys signature heart swap, enchantment a second variation of curse that lowers health by half remaining for all types except ghost in order to gain +3 in attack. And for ghost types it swaps stat changes with the target as well as status conditions like prz poi or brn.

Meant to take on Blaziken as its immune to both stab and can punish baton pass sets by stealing its boosts it's got enough attack to go mixed but special sets can make use of the sp atk drops from overheat or meteor to cripple sp atk users with enchantment. It won't go down easily as it has an evolution (Ghost dragon, revived gargoyle) letting it make use of eviolite along with maybe a sandstorm. I would think it could take kanga though I didn't intend for it to be able to do so
