That EV spread looks good for Hydreigon. As for moves, you're best options for STAB are dark pulse and either dragon pulse or draco meteor. The final two slots should probably be chosen based on the coverage your team needs. Most run Hyrdreigon with flamethrower/fire blast, depending on if you want the reliability of flamethrower's accuracy or fire blast's BP. If you're having trouble with Fefforthorn and Scizor online, flamethrower isn't a bad option to deal with them.

Like Shyvana said, flash cannon is useful for fairy types, but it'll only really help if you predict a switch in. I don't think a flash canon will OHKO many fairies, and they'll just whomp you the next turn. I run my Hydreigon with surf in the last spot. Not many people expect it.

For an item, you could run Choice Scarf to compensate for Hydreigon's speed, or go life orb for maximum damage output. Another option is mental herb if you'll running draco meteor. That option will ensure you can hit hard with your best STAB and not take the SpA drop. Keep in mind Hydreigon has a useful ability in levitate, so if you predict an earthquake, you'll get a free switch in. If you can baton pass Hydreigon a speed or special attack boost this way, it will be extremely tough to deal with.

Anyway, I hope that helps.

That helps a great deal I'll tell you! Ty very much :3

Now I'm a bit lost. I trained it in super training until it said I could to any more in both sp.atk and speed. 252 in both, then I took a lvl 1 HP training to get 4. But I can still train more, just a tiny bit. Help?

all pokemons CAP at 510 EVs

252+252= 504

504+4= 508

meaning you got 2 evs that are uselessly hanging around.

EDIT:
forgot to mention.
252 is the CAP for each stat.

I punched a hp bag once more and it said +2 hp. Wouldn't that mean that I have 252 +252 + 4+ 2= 510 now?

Unless you plan on facing up against other Timid Hydreigon you can go with 248 EVs for speed, and even less if you don't think you're going to come up against a +speed Haxorus (232 for Arcanine as the next relevant one). The dump EVs should definitely go into HP, as it's far more secure than any one defense.

For the given moveset go with Fire Blast over Flamethrower, and Draco Meteor over Dragon Pulse. Surf is what I use over Flash Cannon due to the better attack typing overall (I don't really fear Faeries with my current team though), though it's definitely an option. Item-wise I'd go with Choice Specs, as I was always left wanting the additional damage over the Scarf (and you're going to probably be chased out by whatever is switching into you due to being stuck in a Choice item if you predict wrong).

ok cool thanks, then I would have to get some berries to lower the ev again, I'll try that later. But for now I have 252 in sp.atk 252 in spd and 6 in hp.
