Stats between Lvl.100 and Lvl.50

Hallo, peoples! Quick question here...

Now, as we all know, most battles in X and Y (in-game) take place between Pokemon at Lvl.50, rather than Lvl.100 as you may be used to if you play a simulator like Pokemon Online or Pokemon Showdown. But here is what I want to know...

I am using the standard EV spread of 252 Atk, 248 HP, 8 SpDef on my Scizor. I know that calculation was made so that Stealth Rocks does minimal damage and Scizor can last a tad longer. Does this change at Lvl.50? Are there any adjustments I should make?

Thank you guys! Just want to know before I start EV training my Scyther. ^^;;

some of the time it does change. you should input your evs and ivs into a stat calculator to get what u want at level 50

Well that's the problem. I usually ask about EV spreads or look at what other people have tried out. I'm not very good at calculating them myself.

Heck! I only learned recently why Scizor uses that HP EV in the first place!

For a stat besides HP: at Level 100 the stat is 2x-5 with x being the value the stat has at level 50
For HP: at Level 100 the stats is 2x-10 with x being the value the stat has at level 50.

This is for stats unaffected by natures. For a stat with a boosting or hindering nature, divide it by 0.9 for hindering and 1.1 for boosting first (and round down).

Ok, I'll try this. But how do I know what number I'll want for the same purpose? For Scizor to take a bit less damage from Stealth Rocks?

Ok, so basically, does anyone know the ideal EV Spread for Scizor at Lvl.50 rather than Lvl.100? Or do I just use the typical 252/248/8?

At level 50 with 248 HP EVs you'll hit 176 HP , which is divisible by 8. You'll want one less HP so "Stealth Rocks does minimal damage." Give it 236 HP EVs (236 HP EVs and 240 HP EVs gives it the same stat so it's wasted.)

You can give it this EV spread, I just make it in a minute so I'm not sure how effective it is.

EVs: 236 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def / 12 SDef / 4 Spd.

Ok, cool! Thank you for this. ^^" I'll test it out and see how it works, then.

Not sure how effective a single point of Defense is, so I MAY put all the extra EVs into SpDef except for the 4 in Speed (for opposing Scizor and such). Thank you~! :D

Oh there's no difference in stats between 12 Special Defense EVs and 16. So you're just wasting 4 EVs there. :s

I would just go for 252/252/4 since at Lvl.50 that makes Scizor's HP at 177, but I think those extra points elsewhere may help a bit more than 2 more HP.
